maintenance and basic troubleshootingAssessing whether issues can be resolved remotely or require technical interventionCoordinating with service partners and dealers when requiredSupporting internal Sales and other teams with customer and order-related topicsWorking with ERP and ticketing systems and maintaining accurate case documentationContributing to the continuous improvement of Customer Care processes and ways of workingWe are looking for someone who ishands-on, structured and solution-oriented, and who enjoys combining customer interaction with technical problem-solving.You have:Previous experience inCustomer Service, Customer Care or a similar customer-facing roleA practical technical understanding, ideally within amechanical, industrial or basic electrical environmentThe ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously in a structured wayStrong communication and customer service skillsA reliable and proactive approach, with a strong sense of ownershipExperience with an ERP or ticketing system is a plusSpanish, Italian and English are requiredPolish would be an advantage.Additional languages such as Dutch and/or Turkish are also highly v
