and scale messaging, sequences, and vertical hypotheses for the German marketOwn activity tracking and CRM hygiene, reporting on key metrics such as outreach volume, reply rates, qualified calls, and demo conversionCollect and share market feedback (objections, competitive tools, ICP signals, vertical-specific pains) to support market validation and repeatable go-to-market strategyAct as a founding contributor in the German expansion, helping shape early playbooks, processes, and best practices for future hiresAbout youNative German speaker and fluent in English1+ year of experience in a B2B SDR / outbound sales role, preferably in SaaS or a tech-driven environmentConfident communicator with strong written and verbal skills; comfortable running cold calls, discovery conversations, and video meetingsSolid understanding of B2B outbound fundamentals: ICP definition, account research, sequencing, objection
