Project Phase Ongoing Hard Skills / Must Have 3+ years of Analytics Engineering, DWH Engineering, or Data Analysis experience Expert SQL and good Python knowledge for ETL and data processing DWH architecture, ODS, data marts, incremental loads, history handling, and deduplication Big Query or similar columnar databases; data mart design and optimisation dbt for large incremental projects and Airflow or similar orchestration tools Pipeline migration, data parity validation, Git, Data Quality,
