Overview We are looking for a Senior B2 B Digital & Data Manager to work with a leading company on B2 B digital marketing and engagement strategy, with a special focus on CRM. The role requires a senior profile combining B2 B digital strategy, CRM, customer data and analytics, with the ability to transform customer information into actionable engagement, personalisation and activation strategies.



Responsibilities B2 B Digital Marketing & Engagement Strategy Define and evolve the end-to-end B2 B digital marketing and engagement strategy for veterinary professionals, focusing on CRM. Develop customer journeys, lifecycle frameworks, personalisation principles and contact strategies. Identify engagement opportunities across digital touchpoints, marketing and business communications. Ensure engagement initiatives support commercial objectives and customer needs. Customer & Data Strategy Translate fragmented customer data into actionable insights, segmentation and next-best-action opportunities. Identify data gaps and recommend actions to improve customer understanding and activation readiness. Define data requirements for Digital, CRM and activation use cases.
