FinCrime SpecialistJoin our FinCrime team as a FinCrime Operations Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in protecting our business and customers by executing day-to-day controls across AML, Fraud, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring, and KYC/KYB. You’ll investigate alerts, conduct onboarding and due diligence checks, make risk-based decisions, and contribute to building a robust, efficient, and continuously improving Financial Crime operating model.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute FinCrime controls: Conduct KYC/KYB onboarding and refresh checks, review and investigate AML, Fraud, Sanctions and Transaction Monitoring alerts, and ensure accurate, well-documented decisions within agreed SLAs and quality standards.Support risk management & improvement: Identify risks, recurring issues and process inefficiencies, escalating complex or high-risk cases, and contributing to process improvements, workflow tuning, SOP updates and ad-hoc FinCrime projects.Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with Product, Customer Support, Technology, partners and other internal teams,



providing operational guidance and leading discussions where required.Maintain strong operational standards: Keep up to date with relevant FinCrime typologies, risk indicators, policies and procedures, ensuring consistent and compliant application of controls.About the Adecuado CandidateRelevant experience, ideally within a regulated business or Financial Crime environment, with a Bachelor’s degree.Strong KYC/KYB knowledge and experience with AML, Fraud, Sanctions or Transaction Monitoring processes.Analytical, proactive and solution-oriented, with strong attention to detail and excellent workload/time-management skills.Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and working with operational systems and databases.Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers, stakeholders and partners.Passionate about technology and AI-driven innovation, with
