We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Marketing Consultant to join a general marketing technology environment and support the delivery of customer engagement initiatives across multiple markets.

This role sits within an international Commercial & Marketing Services team and combines marketing automation, CRM campaign execution, customer data activation, content coordination, and operational support responsibilities. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, technology, data, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

- Manage and execute CRM and digital marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Develop, implement, and optimise customer journeys and lifecycle programmes
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery, including briefing, content management, segmentation, deployment, QA, and performance review
- Build, test, and optimise personalised communications and multi-step journeys
- Perform A/B testing and analyse campaign performance to improve engagement
- Create audience segments within Data Cloud and activate them across relevant platforms
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues, including data, journeys, automations, and deliverability
- Provide SFMC guidance and best practices to internal stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of CRM processes, templates, tools, and workflows
- Contribute to service operations and support activities related to Salesforce Marketing services
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, operational, and technology teams

Skills
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Strong experience with:
- Email Studio
- Journey Builder
- Automation Studio
- Contact Builder
- Data Cloud (Data 360)





- Experience delivering CRM or marketing automation campaigns
- Understanding of customer data management, subscriber management, and consent concepts
- Experience working within delivery, project, support, or consulting environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent English (C1 level or above)

Nice to Have
- Service Cloud knowledge
- Marketing Cloud Advanced (Next) exposure
- AMPscript experience
- HTML, CSS, and SQL knowledge
- ITSM or ITIL exposure
- Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Administrator
- SFMC Email Specialist
- SFMC Consultant
