THE ROLE

We’re looking for a creative and curious Social Media Marketing Intern to help us grow AIRA’s presence across Instagram and LinkedIn .

This is not a “schedule posts and leave” role.

You’ll be involved in the full content journey:

IDEA → CREATE → PUBLISH → ANALYSE → IMPROVE

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create Reels, carousels, posts, stories and short-form videos

• Develop fresh content ideas around AI, education, future skills, technology and work

• Turn AIRA’s courses, insights and projects into engaging social content

• Write hooks, captions and CTAs

• Research trends and identify content opportunities

• Repurpose one idea into multiple formats

• Support AIRA’s founder-led LinkedIn content

• Maintain a simple content calendar

• Track basic engagement and content performance

• Experiment with new formats, trends and AI-powered content

TOOLS YOU SHOULD KNOW

You don't need to be an expert — but you should be comfortable with the basics of:

Canva — graphics & carousels





CapCut / similar — basic video editing

ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini — research, ideas & scripting

Instagram & LinkedIn — content formats & basic analytics

Most importantly, you should be curious about AI and willing to learn new tools quickly.

? Comfortable working in a startup environment

? Willing to experiment rather than simply follow templates

Students and recent graduates are welcome.

A personal Instagram page, college project, content portfolio or previous social media experience is a plus, not a requirement.
