A new opportunity is available for an energetic Activity Monitor to coordinate and organize paintball matches. In this role, you will be responsible for managing engaging outdoor experiences, starting from Palma and carrying out activities at designated event locations in Campos and Algaida.

Your main responsibilities in this position include:

- Organizing, managing, and refereeing paintball matches and recreational sports activities.
- Ensuring all participants understand game rules, safety protocols, and activity guidelines.
- Preparing the playing areas and supervising group dynamics throughout each session.
- Coordinating logistics on location across activity grounds in Algaida and Campos.
What you should bring to the role:

- A personal vehicle, which is required to travel from Palma to Campos or Algaida for sessions.
- Previous professional experience in similar recreational, leisure, or sports roles is valued.
- An official leisure and recreation instructor certificate (título de monitor de tiempo libre) is valued.
- Reliable weekend availability, proactive communication, and strong organizational skills.

- Part-time working schedule of 8 hours per week, carried out on Saturdays and Sundays.
