Our existing Spanish hub supports the US core business across critical areas, including loan underwriting, closing, appraisal management, technology, finance, and loan servicing.

Responsibilities

- Key ResponsibilitiesAuditing legal fees
- Preparing reports for investors on delinquent loans
- Tracking and managing foreclosure cases
- Identifying opportunities to reduce costs throughout the foreclosure process
- Working with the Technology team to automate repetitive tasks
- Processing refunds for duplicate payments
- Maintaining accurate Protective Advance records
- Ensuring a smooth and accurate invoicing process
- Supporting reconciliations with the Accounting team
- Coordinating urgent payments to keep the foreclosure process running smoothly
- Analyzing loans with significant losses




- Coordinating with attorneys on deficiency collections
- Collaborating with the Payoff team to ensure payoff figures are accurate

Qualifications

- Candidate ProfileEducation: Recent bachelor’s or master’s degree with a strong academic track record.

Required Skills

- Experience: 3+ years of professional work experience.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English; professional working proficiency is required.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Industry Interest: Strong interest in the real estate sector and an understanding of broader macroeconomic trends.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills, including financial modeling, projections, and stress-testing capabilities.
- Soft Skills: Dedicated problem solver with a “can-do” attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
