RE/MAX Beach Homes is expanding its international team in Orihuela Costa. We don't just offer a routine desk job - we give you the framework, legal backing, leads, and tools to build a high-income career in property sales.

What You Will Do:
- Property Listings: Source and secure new property listings across Orihuela Costa & Costa Blanca.
- Client Advisory: Guide international buyers and sellers through every stage of the property transaction.
- Property Marketing: Create and execute tailored marketing strategies for your portfolio using top portal integrations.
- Deal Closing: Conduct viewings, negotiate offers,



and manage transactions up to completion at the notary.

Requirements:
- Strong commercial acumen and client-focused mindset.
- Fluency in English OR Spanish (Additional languages are a huge plus).
- Self-motivated and comfortable working as a registered Autónomo (or willing to register).
- Driving license and own vehicle.
