Own the project control activity globally and drive consistent functional specifications and common general processes for projects implementation. Activities that are conducted to better understand or ultimately meet the expectations of the customer Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities as a PEM :
+ Supervising co-ordinating and leading the engineering activities of the project in line with the project's safety, quality, on-time time delivery, and cost criteria.




+ Manage the scope and engineering deliverables in coordination with responsible functions / disciplines.
+ Manage global time schedule of concerned engineering activities, check coherency & alignment with other project functions activities (procurement, construction, commissioning) and organise follow up of critical activities impacting project performance.
+ Lead and drive project execution strategy, manage internal / external outsourcing for design work-packages.
+ Respect and guard the engineering aspects of contractual limits and liabilities towards partners, suppliers and customers.
+ Operate under the matrix organisation, supported by technical experts and design teams, and ensure to achieve project objectives.
+ Follow the engineering budget and identify potential savings and highlight to the Project Manager all instances requiring additional budget.
+ Participate and contribute to the project multidisciplinary design reviews according to the E
