Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, converting them into user stories and acceptance criteria
Manage and maintain the product backlog in Jira, ensuring traceability of requirements and business priorities
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coordinate communication between business areas and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Agile methodologies
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and specifications for development teams
Monitor initiative progress using Agile metrics and tracking tools
Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure objectives and deadlines are met




Identify risks, dependencies, and functional impacts throughout the project lifecycle
Требования
~2-7 Years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
~2-7 Years of experience working in Agile environments
~ Professional experience using Jira to manage and track requirements
~ Knowledge of Scrum Master practices and participation in Scrum ceremonies
~ English at B2 level or above
~ A technical degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline
~ Knowledge and experience using generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applicable to the workplace
~ Must reside in Spain and have permission to work in Spain
~ Nice to have: experience collaborating with international teams, experience in digital transformation and process improvement, knowledge of Confluence or other functional documentation tools, Agile or Scr
