Own performance for key Live Mini Games and develop a deep understanding of player behavior, engagement, and business outcomes
Identify opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis and translate insights into clear product actions
Build and manage a pipeline of A/B tests and live optimizations, defining hypotheses, KPIs, and success criteria
Lead performance readouts and turn learnings into broader strategies and best practices across the Mini Games portfolio
Optimize gameplay, balancing, rewards, pacing, and other live levers to improve player experience and performance
Prioritize opportunities independently and drive initiatives from hypothesis through execution, measurement, and iteration
Partner with Analytics, Data Science, Economy, Game Design, Production, Engineering,



and Live Operations
Act as a product expert for areas of ownership and communicate performance, insights, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
Help raise the performance, experimentation, and analytical rigor of the wider team
Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, ideation, research, documentation, and everyday product workflows
Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve understanding of players, Live Mini Games optimization, and portfolio operations
Experiment with emerging AI capabilities and help establish effective AI-enabled ways of working across the team

~5+ Years of experience in Product Management or related product disciplines, including 3+ years of Product Management experience
~ Strong track record of using data, experimentation, and product judgment to improve measurable product outcomes
~ Strong analytical skills and ability to independently turn complex data into actionable
