SSL is a general business line within GLBA, comprising more than 60 professionals across 10 countries. From day one, you will be involved in complex and challenging projects, benefiting from significant exposure to senior bankers, clients, investors, and external advisers.
Providing support on KYC procedures and on the review of all legal documentation of the transactions
Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration + Law / Tax, or a related discipline




Previous experience (up to 2 years) in: Investment Banking; Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related financial advisory environments
Fluent English (minimum C1 level)
Spanish proficiency is required
French would be a plus
Knowledge of legal, regulatory or tax matters would be a plus
Good command of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
