About the role Our Lead Product Designer is going on sabbatical, so we're hiring a Senior Product Designer to keep momentum on our roadmap. Redesigning core product workflows (starting with chat)
Building reporting and measurement experiences using Meta and TikTok Ads data
This is a full time role with a adaptable schedule, you must be available every working day between 9 am and 12 pm EST.
5+ years of Product Design experience.




~ Experience working within an established design system.
~ Strong interaction and visual design skills.
~ Comfortable owning projects independently in a remote/distributed team.
~ Experience conducting usability testing.

Experience in creator economy, influencer marketing, or paid social.
Familiarity with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads products.
Own product design from discovery through high-fidelity designs and production-ready specifications.
Design end-to-end user flows and interactive prototypes in Figma.
Work within and evolve our existing design system.
Collaborate closely with PMs, Engineers and two Product Designers in an async environment.
Participate in design reviews and provide thoughtful feedback.
Run lightweight usability testing when needed.
