We are looking for a Dev Manager to lead the engineering team responsible for endpoint configuration management capabilities.



You will combine engineering leadership with hands-on technical expertise to help customers define desired configurations, apply changes safely, and maintain consistent settings across their environments.
Work with Product Management and EVP to define priorities and translate customer needs into executive reporting capabilities.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of configuration management features, including: Configuration policies, templates, and reusable settings, including CIS Benchmark-based baselines
Assessment of endpoint configurations against supported baselines and reporting of deviations
Configuration discovery and comparison with desired state
Detection and remediation of configuration drift
Validation, staged rollout, and rollback of configuration changes where supported
Configuration status reporting, change history, and audit trails
