ensuring transparency and financial health of the engagement.Identify opportunities to add value through upselling and cross-selling.Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration across stakeholders.Provide progress reports and strategic insights to clients and internal leadership.What you bringProven experience inService Management, ideally driving transitions from T&M; to managed services.Strongcommercial acumenand negotiation skills in international corporate environments.Solid knowledge ofIT/OT technologiesand service delivery models.Experience managingSLAs, KPIs, risks, and complex projects .Ability tolead teamsand influence multiple stakeholders effectively.Fluent inEnglish and Spanish (C1), comfortable in multicultural environments.Results-driven, proactive mindset with high adaptability.Nice to have:Background indigital transformationor large-scale projects.Familiarity with project management and reporting tools ( PowerBI, SAP, etc. ).Hands-on understanding ofautomation and service inno
