We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our Malaga team.This is a great opportunity for someone with sales or customer-service experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working in a fast-paced branch environment.You will work closely with customers and the wider branch team to provide responsive, accurate service and support business growth.Duties and Responsibilities:- Processing customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently- Responding to product, pricing, stock, delivery, and account enquiries- Building strong, lasting customer relationships- Assisting with pick packing to support timely deliveries- Supporting the wider branch team to achieve shared goalsSkills and experience:- Proven customer service, sales or warehouse experience- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Intermediate computer skills and confidence learning new systems- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment- A proactive,
