- Provide first-line technical support for inverter and battery-side products in Pakistan — both remote and on-site
- Diagnose system faults, troubleshoot electrical issues, and coordinate resolutions with HQ engineering
- Handle on-site commissioning, maintenance, and repair as needed
- Document cases, escalate recurring issues, and feed field insights back to product & engineering
What we're looking for
- Solid understanding of inverter and energy storage system working principles
- Background in electrical engineering or related field (degree or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Hands-on experience in first-line remote and on-site customer service (ESS / solar / power electronics preferred)
- Resilient under pressure — comfortable with high-volume tickets, urgent escalations, and field travel
- fluent in English;,Urdu a strong plus
