Would you like to start a new professional adventure as aGlobal Automation Enablement Leadin one of our opportunities in thepharmaceuticalindustry inSpain?Job descriptionYour missionsDrive the general adoption of automation solutions within the S4G (Smart Factory for the Future) and AIP (AI Program) initiatives across multiple plants.Define and promote global standards, best practices, and governance for automation, ensuring alignment on how sites should work.Lead and coordinate automation projects (PLC, SCADA, OT/IT integration) from concept to implementation, in collaboration with local site teams.Act as the global point of contact for automation topics, supporting manufacturing sites in troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and internal quality standards in all automation-related activities.Facilitate knowledge sharing, training, and change management to support digital transformation and smart factory deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, IT, production, quality)



to integrate automation into broader digital and AI initiatives.Manage project timelines, risks, and resources, including worldwide travel to support implementation and standardization on site.Your profileDegree in Automation Engineering, Process Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.At least3 years of experience as Automation Leadfor global plants in the pharmaceutical or highly regulated industrial sector.Strong hands-on experience withPLC, SCADAandOT/IT integration, as well as project management in automation/digital transformation.Knowledge ofEnglish at C2 level ; Spanishis a plus.Ability to work in a multicultural team, travel worldwide, and adapt to a dynamic, global environment.Nice to havePrevious experience in global standardization programs, smart factory initiatives, or AI-enabled manufacturing would
