ensuring the efficient end-to-end operation of processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Purchasing- Manage orders with international suppliers and factories- Monitor delivery timelines and handle incidents- Coordinate manual and automated orders- Record and update orders in SAPInventory Management- Monitor stock levels and forecast needs- Record inventory movements in SAP- Perform periodic stock counts- Coordinate with the workshop to ensure material availabilityWorkshop Operations- Create and track Work Orders in SAP/FSL- Validate workshop job sheets- Coordinate daily with the workshop to ensure proper planning and execution- Track progress of work orders and resolve operational issues- Prepare orders for invoicing ("Ready for PO")Internal Coordination- Maintain constant communication with workshop, administration, billing, and sales teams- Identify and resolve operational issuesReporting and Continuous Improvement- Prepare weekly reports (purchasing, inventory, workshop activity)- Analyze operational data- Propose improvements to optimize processes and efficiencyRequirements- Professional level of English (m
