As a Key Accountmanager Horeca Wholesale you will be joining Fricodan (part of the Heuschen & Schrouff Food Group), a leading importer and distributor of authentic Asian food and non-food products in Europe. From our base in Málaga, we represent a wide range of top Asian brands.You are a skilled negotiator, responsible for building and expanding the customer portfolio across Spain. In close collaboration with the Country Director, you will drive sales growth with our existing Foodservice/horeca wholesale partners and generate new revenue by establishing successful partnerships with potential Foodservice/horeca wholesalers.Your key responsibilities include:Developing new business opportunitiesManaging and expanding long-term, sustainable relationships with existing customersNegotiating prices, delivery terms, contracts,
and closing dealsVisiting existing and potential customers and preparing visit reports for follow-up by internal teamsCoordinating technical support and the introduction of new productsForecasting and monitoring sales results per accountCreating and implementing the annual sales plan and account plans for your regionIdentifying new market trends and opportunitiesOrganizing and participating in national trade fairs and client eventsYou will be supported by our internal back-office teams, based in Málaga, with whom you will maintain regular communication to achieve goals and ensure our customers remain satisfied and engaged with our products and services over the long term.Job requirementsFluency in Spanish and English, both written and spokenYour life is based in central or southern Spain, with the flexibility to travel frequently throughout the countryProven experience in a similar national-level sales role within the Foodservice/horeca wholesalesAffinity with (Asian) cuisine is a plusAbility to establish new contacts and build relationships at all levels within organizations, based on trust, quality, and expertiseExcellent listening skills and strong
