Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity meets commercial excellence?What You'll Be Doing- Lead strategic trade marketing campaigns and initiatives across Iberia region, owning budgets and delivering measurable commercial impact.- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Retail customers to develop and execute outstanding omnichannel campaigns.- Enhance the trade retail plans ensuring strong alignment with the wider Western Europe marketing strategy.- Leverage shopper, consumer, and retailer insights to inform decisions, optimise campaigns, and improve performance.- Represent Trade Marketing within the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process.- Manage the development of bespoke in-store activations, displays,



endcaps, and promotional materials.- Identify innovation opportunities and implement new marketing solutions using a test-and-learn approach.- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI, making data-driven recommendations for future activity.What We're Looking For- Work experience in Trade Marketing, ideally within a consumer goods, retail or high-profile branded environments, with a proven track record of delivering impactful retail activations.- Passionate about retail, marketing trends and brand experiences, with a natural curiosity for what’s new in the industry and a strong creative mindset. Able to think outside the box, challenge conventional approaches and turn fresh, relevant ideas into distinctive experiences that stand out.- Strong understanding of the Iberia (Spain & Portugal) retail landscape and omnichannel shopper marketing.- Demonstrated success delivering trade marketing camp
