The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the HR department, including payroll processing, and will also participate in some recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee HR administrative processes.
- Handle payroll preparation and review, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
- Coordinate contract management, employee registrations, and terminations with Social Security.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Support recruitment and hiring processes.
- Advise employees on HR administrative matters.




- Monitor and stay updated on labor law regulations and legal developments.

Requirements:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience in HR administration and payroll management.
- Knowledge of Spanish labor law.
- Proficiency in payroll management tools and HR software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
