As aPayroll Specialistfor ourGlobal Business Services CenterinBarcelona, you will be responsible for managing payroll master data forSpain and Portugal, ensuring that all payroll processes are executed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with local legislation. You will play a crucial role in guaranteeing thatpayroll operationsrun smoothly and deliver high-quality results for our employees across multiple countries.As part of our new team, you will also ensure full legal compliance with all relevant regulations, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve service quality and process efficiency within your scope..DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare payroll master data incl. time management data for all employees within Spain and Portugal, ensuring accuracy and timely transmission of the data to the external payroll providerProcess and communicate all payroll updates on high level or accuracy and attention to detail of payroll inputActs as the first point of contact for Payroll enquiries and casesCollaborate with several internal and external stakeholders (e.G. HR teams,
