Are you passionate about customer service and the maritime world? A company in the nautical sector is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join its store team in Palma, Mallorca. In this full-time role, you will be the central point of contact for boating enthusiasts, vessel owners, and marine professionals seeking equipment, parts, and accessories on the island.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will cover both direct retail advisory and administrative store operations:

- Welcome and advise customers on technical nautical products and conclude sales at the checkout.
- Maintain the sales floor, keeping shelves orderly, clean, and fully stocked.
- Handle daily administrative duties including cash register closures, returns, supplier delivery notes, and incident tracking.
- Oversee stock levels through regular inventory checks and monitor merchandise availability.
- Receive incoming goods, inspect product condition against delivery notes, and report discrepancies to management.




- Implement customer loyalty initiatives guided by commercial direction and resolve any customer complaints smoothly.

What you bring to the role:
- At least 12 months of retail experience, with preference given to background in the nautical sector or DIY and hardware retail.
- High proficiency in English (C1 level) to comfortably assist international clients.
- Solid computer literacy for managing store software and inventory.
- A valid driving license.
- A proactive, well-organized mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction.

What this position offers:
- A permanent contract with a full-time schedule from 08:00 to 17:00.
- A gross annual salary between €20,000 and €24,000, depending on your proven experience. xcskxlj
