THE ROLE We're looking for a FTW Product Development Lead to join our Product team at a defining moment. This isn't a role to maintain a machine that's already running — it's a role to build it. You'll own the development function end-to-end : the processes, the standards, the supplier relationships, and the team structure. You'll report directly to the Chief Product Officer and work closely with Design, Merchandising, and Production. This is a hands-on role. You'll be deep in the craft — and simultaneously building the structure that makes the whole function reliable.
