and operational management of service and replacement parts across their fleet operations.The OpportunityThis is a foundational role where you will establish and scale aftermarket supply chains from the ground up—ensuring critical components are sourced, qualified, and delivered seamlessly to support a rapidly expanding autonomous fleet.You’ll operate at the intersection of engineering, fleet operations, and procurement, with full ownership of aftermarket supply continuity across multiple regions.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and onboard global suppliers for aftermarket automotive components (brakes, filters, wipers, glass, service parts)Lead supplier qualification in collaboration with engineering, validation, and fleet teamsManage end-to-end procure-to-pay processes, including POs, requisitions, invoicing, and supplier setupTrack lead times, shipments, shortages, and escalations to ensure uninterrupted fleet operationsSupport fleet builds through inventory planning, forecasting, and availability managementOwn and manage blanket POs, quick-turn sourcing, and NPPV activityDrive supplier performance through regular reviews and operational
