We're looking for a Social Media Lead to own and grow Angel Aligner's social media presence across EMEA. You'll set the organic and paid strategy, manage the budget, lead editorial planning and build our KOL programme, turning the expertise of the doctors we work with into content that drives awareness, engagement and demand. This is a strategic yet hands-on role at the centre of a multi-market team. You'll guide a Social Media Coordinator who handles day-to-day execution (scheduling, publishing, community management, tracking and localisation, paid campaign activation), partner with local markets, agencies and creative teams, and connect EMEA with our teams in other regions.ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the EMEA organic and paid social media strategy across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube…), aligned with regional marketing and business objectivesSet KPIs, track performance and deliver regular reporting to the the Digital Marketing Manager and stakeholders, turning data into clear recommendationsOwn and allocate the social media budget across organic and paid activity,
