Responsibilities * Supporting our Health Information products in Spain and Colombia * Provide second level support to internal and external customers * Be a subject matter expert on our HIS systems * Collaborating with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful implementation and usage of our solutions * Liaising with our development team on upgrades, maintenance, hotfixes * Offering ongoing support and training to customers Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND relevant job-related experience * Minimum 3 years proven track record in customer support and technical implementation * Excellent language skills in Spanish and English. Having Portuguese would be beneficial but not compulsory. * System operations, including monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting * Software Development Lifecycle processes * Current, valid Driver’s License * Excellent customer facing communication skills. * Coding experience. * Healthcare background.
