We are looking for a dynamic Community Manager who is passionate about the creator economy to lead the engagement, growth, and retention of our community of streamers, agencies, and content creators in Barcelona. If you live and breathe digital culture, have a strong command of relationship‑building strategies, and know how to turn connections into sustainable value for the platform, this role is for you.
Develop and strengthen relationships with agencies and content creators, ensuring ongoing engagement and strong retention rates.
Events & Activations: Plan and execute in-person meetups, community initiatives, and brand activations that increase awareness and strengthen connections with users.
Brand Ambassador: Represent the platform at industry events and strategic gatherings, building authentic connections with the community.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising,



Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in digital community management, influencer/creator relations, or talent management.
Strong knowledge of the live-streaming ecosystem, social media, and creator economy trends.
Proven skills in negotiation, interpersonal communication, and independently managing projects.
Advanced or fluent English (required for collaboration with general teams).
Previous experience at influencer agencies, media companies, or platforms focused on content creators.
Hands‑on experience organizing and producing in-person events and brand activations.
Strong understanding of the LGBTQ+ community, culture, and digital ecosystem.
