Through an omnichannel strategy, we connect with consumers via direct-to-consumer channels, including social media (TikTok, Instagram), live shopping, influencer collaborations and marketplaces such as TikTok Shop, Amazon and Rakuten. Brands like N2 Natural Nutrition and TummyTox have built a strong presence in social commerce, especially in Southern Europe, using short-form video, creators and live selling to drive growth.

The role

We are looking for a Junior TikTok Shop & Creator Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. You will own the day-to-day execution of our creator strategy for the Spanish market across its three pillars: Influencers, UGC and Affiliates.

What you'll do Influencers

- Source, brief and manage paid influencer collaborations focused on ad creative production.
- Write creative briefs with clear hooks, angles and product focus to maximise performance.
- Track content performance and identify winning formats to scale through paid amplification.

Affiliates
- Grow and manage the TikTok Shop affiliate network, including creator partnerships and commission structures.
- Work daily with affiliates on onboarding, engagement and content cadence.
- Build and run affiliate communities, design incentives to drive performance and coordinate with Finance on invoicing.

UGC
- Source UGC creators and manage the full briefing and delivery process.
- Keep the creator database up to date: contracts, content links, usage rights and activation status.




- Coordinate the use of UGC assets across organic social channels and paid campaigns.
- Analyse performance data (views, CTR, CVR, revenue, ROAS, CPA) and turn it into clear optimisation actions.
- Work with the TikTok Hub in Spain on paid advertising strategies and creator selection.
- Own the monthly performance reporting across all three pillars.

What you'll bring
- 1–2 years of experience in creator, influencer or affiliate marketing, social commerce or paid social.
- Hands‐on experience with TikTok Shop or TikTok Ads Manager is a strong plus.
- An analytical mindset: comfortable with ROAS, CPA and CVR, and able to turn data into action.
- Content intuition: you understand what makes creator content convert and worth amplifying.
- TikTok and Instagram native, with a strong understanding of platforms, trends, formats and algorithms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to work with creators every day.
- Comfortable managing multiple brands in a fast‐paced, test‐and‐learn environment.
- Experience in e-commerce, health, beauty or consumer goods is a strong advantage.
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field.
- Native Spanish speaker with excellent English. Advanced French or Italian is required.
