handling orders via email, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth resolution of any issues that arise during the order cycle.Responsibilities:Manage and process customer orders through the shared system.Communicate with customers via email only for order‑related matters.Coordinate with internal teams (e.G., Credit, Sales, Logistics) when orders require follow‑up.Ensure accurate and timely order entry and tracking.Support the Sales Operations team in daily administrative and back-office tasks.Collaborate with colleagues to distribute and manage incoming order volume.Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:Strong organizational and systematic working style.Proactive, outgoing, and eager to learn.Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.Knowledge of Excel (very important).Experience with SAP or RMT systems is a plus.Responsible,
