As Share PLM continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Transformation Consultant with a strong understanding of technology-led change within engineering or manufacturing environments.

What you’ll be doing:

- Planning and facilitating engaging workshops with stakeholders at all levels
- Conducting stakeholder, change impact and readiness assessments
- Developing transformation strategies, vision statements and change narratives
- Creating communication, engagement and learning plans
- Supporting leaders and teams as they adopt new systems and ways of working
- Translating complex technical and process changes into clear, people-focused messages
- Producing clear, high-quality client deliverables
- Managing your own activities and contributing to wider project delivery
- Building trusted relationships with clients and project partners

What we’re looking for:





- A university degree in engineering, business, management or another relevant field
- Demonstrable experience working on digital transformation initiatives
- Experience supporting or leading organisational change within complex technology implementations
- Strong workshop design and facilitation skills
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, technical specialists and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- The ability to understand complex systems and processes and translate them into practical change activities
- A structured, proactive and adaptable approach
- Professional fluency in English
