As Transformation Manager for ABB Robotics, you will orchestrate the global transformation portfolio and translate strategic priorities into a concrete roadmap. You’ll actively drive execution, manage risks, and ensure value realization across Business Lines and Functions. This role goes beyond a traditional PMO by demanding proactive delivery acceleration and cross-functional alignment.

You’ll work with senior leadership in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment and help shape the robotics business’ transformation journey.

- Own the enterprise transformation roadmap across ABB Robotics and ensure alignment with strategic outcomes
- Drive execution and value realization by leading transformation cadence and delivering business, operational, and financial results
- Manage cross-functional complexity, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities
- Challenge initiative owners, accelerate delivery, and intervene when progress or outcomes are at risk




- Provide transparent portfolio reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership and governance forums
- Build alignment with Business Line and Function leaders to keep priorities closely tied to business needs
- Lead and develop the transformation team, governance, and ways of working to increase speed and effectiveness

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy execution, enterprise program leadership, or related roles in a complex global organization
- Proven track record leading large-scale, xugodme cross-functional transformation programs with measurable business impact
- Strong understanding of transformation value realization and linking initiatives to financial/operational outcomes
- Experience working with senior executives and influencing decisions without direct authority
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen with ability to translate complexity into priorities
- Demonstrated people leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills in fast-paced environments
