We're looking for a passionate, Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our teamAbout the role- Identify and reach out to high-potential Spanish B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn and other outbound prospecting channels- Qualify leads by uncovering their needs, budget and decision-making process, then hand off sales-ready opportunities to the Account Executives- Act as an expert on the Enginy AI platform, demonstrating its value in optimizing prospecting workflows for Spanish companies- Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine messaging, sequences and campaigns tailored to the Spanish market- Track and report key metrics (e.G. outreach volume, reply rates, SQL conversion) to continuously improve prospecting effectiveness- Gather market intelligence (competitor activity, industry-specific challenges) and share those insights with Product and the go-to-market strategyMust-haves:- Languages: Advanced English and native Spanish.- 1 year of proven experience as a B2B SDR or in outbound sales,



ideally in SaaS or tech- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable leading video calls and cold calls- Solid knowledge of B2B prospecting best practices (ICP definition, sequence building, objection handling)- Data-driven mindset: familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and key metrics (SQLs, DemoGen, conversion rates)- Proactive attitude, with a strong sense of ownership and the resilience to thrive in a fast-growing startup environment- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate to our vibrant city.Nice to have- Experience selling or prospecting to SMBs and enterprise accounts- Experience in Sales, Sales Operations or Customer Success- Previous experience with AI-powered sales tools or marketing automation platforms- Multilingual skills (Italian, German or French) to support prospecting across the EMEA region- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other data enrichment toolsWhat we offer- Competitive salary ba
