You will join a dedicated DACH team of around 50 colleagues delivering top-tier travel experiences for German-speaking guests.AND WHAT IS MY ROLE IN IT?As a Cruise Expert for the German market,



you will be the central commercial and service point of contact for our client's German-speaking customers. You will combine sales and consultative service to turn travel inquiries into dream vacations.- Handling incoming inquiries via inbound calls, emails, and written channels- Splitting your responsibilities between existing customer care (60%) and new customer acquisition (40%)- Identifying customer needs, handling objections, and recommending tailored cruise packages, shore excursions, and premium onboard experiences- Converting inquiries and leads into firm bookings and reactivating existing customers- Updating reservations and maintaining customer data in the CRM system- Working closely with the service team to ensure a consistently outstanding customer experience- Achieving productivity, call, and sales targetsOK, AND WHAT DO I NEED FOR THIS?- Native-level written and spoken German- Proficiency in English or Spa
