What you'll be rocking:
Draft, review and negotiate contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities and assess legal implications.
Drive contract lifecycle from drafting through completion of the negotiation process and contract execution.
Interpretation of contracts and advice to sales managers on legal strategy and contractual responsibilities.
Draft legal letters regarding breach and/or termination of agreements, warning letters in liaison with the IP department.
