We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology initiatives across Iberia and Latam. You'll be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, timelines, budget, quality standards and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

- Lead IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
- Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status reporting to management and governance bodies
- Ensure compliance with project management standards, governance processes and organizational policies
- Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution and decision-making




- Monitor project financials and support benefits realization

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in complex environments
- Fluent Spanish and good English level
- Proven experience managing project scope, budget, risks, timelines and stakeholders
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments

Nice to have

- Experience with SAP systems
- Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent
- Experience working in matrix organizations and large-scale transformation programs
