About the Company

At REVO, we're building a new category in proactive health. From our first Studio in Barcelona, we combine medical guidance, personalized protocols and advanced, science-backed technologies for recovery, performance and longevity; making health optimization something people can integrate into their weekly routine, not something they only turn to when something goes wrong. We operate through a membership model, but REVO is much more than access to therapies.

Every member is guided by our medical team and Wellness Coaches, who help turn recommendations into habits and make sure progress actually happens. We’re now looking for someone exceptional to join our core Studio team.

About the Role

Our members may discover REVO because of the technology. They stay because of the experience, the relationships they build and the impact they feel. As a Wellness Coach, you’ll be one of the people closest to our members.

Your role is not simply to make them feel welcome — it’s to know them, understand what they’re trying to achieve, and actively help them stay on track. That means being warm and service-oriented, but it does not mean saying yes to everything. You’ll be an accountability partner: noticing when someone is falling out of their routine, asking the right questions, challenging them when needed and helping them follow the protocol designed for them.

At the same time, this is a fast-moving, highly client-facing role. On any given hour, you may be hosting a new prospect, guiding members through therapies, solving something on the Studio floor and following up with someone who hasn’t visited in ten days. You need to enjoy that pace.

Responsibilities

You’ll own

- Build real relationships with members. Know their goals, preferences, routines and progress, and make every interaction feel genuinely personal.
- Drive adherence and results. Actively follow up, identify members who are losing consistency and help them stay accountable to their protocol.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality.



Create a level of attention and care expected in the best luxury hospitality environments.
- Welcome and convert new members. Lead Studio tours, understand what prospects are looking for and confidently guide them towards the right next step.
- Run the member experience. Guide members through therapies, anticipate needs and ensure the Studio runs seamlessly throughout the day.
- Improve REVO with us. Spot things that could work better, propose solutions and help us build the processes and standards that will scale to future Studios.

Qualifications

We’re looking for

- Someone with presence, energy and very high standards of service.
- You are naturally good with people, but you’re not passive. You build trust quickly and are comfortable influencing someone’s behaviour when you know it will help them.
- You’re genuinely interested in health and wellbeing and want to understand the why behind what we do.
- And importantly: you like being in the middle of the action. You’d rather have ten things happening around you than spend your day behind a screen.

Required Skills Must-haves:

- Experience in a high-end, highly client-facing environment: luxury hospitality, members’ clubs, premium fitness, wellness, luxury retail or similar.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional presence.
- Confidence building long-term relationships with demanding clients.
- Commercial instinct: you’re comfortable having sales conversations and asking for the close when appropriate.
- Genuine interest in health, performance, recovery and wellbeing.
- Fluent Spanish and English.




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and switching priorities quickly.

Preferred Skills You're our star if on top you master:

- Catalan.
- Background in fitness, nutrition, physiotherapy, coaching or health.
- Experience managing memberships or recurring client relationships.
- You already live some of what we do: training, recovery, sleep and health matter to you.

This role probably isn’t for you if…
- You’re looking for a desk job or limited client interaction.
- You prefer predictable days where priorities rarely change.
- You believe great service means agreeing with the client every time.
- You’re uncomfortable selling.
- You wait to be told what to do rather than spotting what needs to happen.
- You see member care as something that ends when they walk out of the Studio.

Pay range and compensation package

- €20,000–€25,000 annual gross salary, depending on experience.
- Full training in REVO’s therapies, protocols and approach to proactive health.
- Access to REVO therapies as part of the team.

Practical details

- Full-time: 40 hours/week.
- 100% on-site in Turó Park, Barcelona.
