? We’re hiring: Junior PMO / BID Manager – EU Contracts & Proposals

At Dukat , we’re looking for a Junior PMO / BID Manager to help coordinate opportunities and prepare high-quality proposals for European Institutions and other public/private clients.

For approximately the first five months , you’ll focus on managing requests under DIGIT TM3 , the European Commission’s framework contract for IT services. You’ll then broaden your role into presales and bid coordination for Framework Contracts .

✅ What you’ll do

- Manage TM3 requests: analyse requirements, track deadlines and coordinate recruitment teams, consultants and consortium partners.
- Collect, format and review CVs, technical questionnaires and supporting documents , ensuring complete, consistent and compliant submissions.
- Support the end-to-end bid process , from tender analysis and planning to coordination, reviews and final submission.
- Prepare administrative documentation, including forms, declarations, annexes and eligibility documents.
- Coordinate technical contributions and help produce clear, well-structured proposals aligned with evaluation criteria .
- Support consortium building , identifying potential partners and coordinating their contributions.
- Help draft sections covering governance and resource management : delivery models, staffing,



responsibilities, reporting, escalation and continuity.
- Maintain organised opportunity records, bid documentation and reusable proposal content.

? What we’re looking for

- Around 1–2 years of experience as a PMO, proposal coordinator or in a structured project environment.
- A diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, International Relations, Communications or a related field.
- Strong English writing skills (C1) and the ability to turn complex requirements into clear responses.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while maintaining quality.

Nice to have: exposure to EU tenders or Framework Contracts; familiarity with compliance matrices, bid libraries and structured reviews; additional languages such as French, Dutch or German. ?
