This is an opportunity to manage a portfolio of approximately 40-60 Mid-Market customers across their full lifecycle.
You'll act as a strategic advisor, helping customers translate their goals into measurable business outcomes.
The role combines onboarding, adoption, customer health management, retention, and expansion support.
