We are looking for a Purchasing Manager to lead our purchasing department. You will manage our integral supplier network and a team of purchasing administrators
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the purchasing administration team.
- Manage the full purchasing cycle: supplier contact, purchase order processing and order follow-up.
- Negotiate prices and commercial conditions with suppliers.
- Survey the market continuously to identify and qualify new suppliers within the fine chemicals sector.
- Manage import logistics,



including hazardous goods shipments.
- Make sure suppliers meet our specifications and quality assurance requirements.
- Run the annual supplier evaluation.
- Support the Sales Managers in their day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with waste management regulations and good environmental practices.

What We Are Looking For
- A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the chemical, pharmaceutical or life science industry.
- Knowledge of the chemical market, ideally fine chemicals.
- Proven team management experience.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations, especially for hazardous goods.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
