We specialize in high-end, turn-key solutions exclusively for premium residential villas, including solar, home batteries, climate controle, and smart home systems.Your RoleThe Face of Solsbury: Welcome high-end clients and business partners to our flagship store, ensuring every visit reflects our premium standards.Client Communication: Manage the info@ inbox, handle incoming calls, and professionally coordinate all client enquiries.Schedule Coordination: Organize Energy Strategy Calls for our sales team and ensure an efficient follow-up process.Management Support: Assist the management team, particularly the Director of Operations & Finance,



with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks.Office Coordination: Help ensure the smooth operation of the office while contributing to exceptional client experience.Brand Ambassador: Represent Solsbury Pure Energy through professionalism, attention to detail, and the level of service our clients expect.What We Are Looking ForProven experience in a senior administrative, hospitality, premium reception, customer service, or client-facing role.Fluency in Dutch, English, and Spanish, both spoken and written.Outstanding communication and customer service skills.A highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.The ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.Comfortable working with modern office software and CRM systems.A positive attitude and genuine team spirit.A valid driving license.Why is Dutch important?A significant proportion of our clients
