To ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders while providing effective support throughout the order-to-delivery process. The role contributes to customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal stakeholders, resolving order-related issues, and maintaining accurate information regarding product availability, delivery dates, pricing, and returns.- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company procedures.- Manage and resolve order, delivery, and shipping-related issues.- Monitor customer orders and ensure systems are updated with current information regarding product availability, shortages, delivery schedules, and price changes.- Act as a liaison between customers, production, logistics, and distribution teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.- Support the management of product/partsreturns and related documentation.- Analyze and summarize reports on customer inquiries, service issues, delivery performance, customer complaints, sales trends,



and return reasons.- Provide customers with information and/or documentation regarding order status, product availability, and delivery.- Maintain data accuracy in ERP and customer service systems or platforms.- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when appropriateYour skills and experience- Understanding of order management, customer service processes, logistics, shipping, and returns processes by experience- English knowledge is a must (min.
