Senior Data/Software Engineer | Barcelona | Hybrid We’re looking for a Senior Data/Software Engineer to join a high-performing data engineering team working on large-scale data products and modern cloud infrastructure. What you’ll be doing: Build and maintain data pipelines and data products Work within a data mesh architecture and contribute to domain data ownership Support legacy migration projects with minimal disruption Identify technical gaps and work through them to completion Balance hands‑on engineering with stakeholder and client collaboration Communicate technical decisions, risks and blockers clearly What we’re looking for: Strong SQL Develop and maintain scalable pipelines (batch and streaming) Experience with AWS, particularly Redshift, Kubernetes Strong problem-solving ability Comfortable working in ambiguous environments Someone who takes ownership and gets things shipped Nice to have: Coding agents, MCP ecosystems, Domain-oriented data ownership Fin Tech, retail, e-commerce or consumer goods data experience If you’re a Senior Data/Software Engineer based in the Barcelona and interested in a role combining hands‑on engineering, cloud data and client-facing problem solving, get in touch.
