and social media contentDesigning and executing customer journeys and CRM campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights -- JourneysCoordinating international trade fairs and customer events from planning to on‑site execution, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectivesManaging diverse projects and stakeholders, working in close alignment with integral and regional teamsYour profileSeveral years of relevant experience in Marketing & Communications, ideally in an international, industrial and/or B2B contextPractical knowledge of CRM/marketing automation tools as well as digital tools and AI-based applicationsProven track record of developing and delivering successful communication/marketing campaigns /initiatives, with a clear focus on measurable impact and resultsExcellent storytelling and content‑creation skills (e.G. Canva, video tools, CMS) as well as internal communication capabilitiesExcellent project, event and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, collaborative, and hands‑on mindsetLanguages:English -- fluent; German or other European languages are
