What you'll do
We are seeking an ambitious professional who is eager to elevate and progress their career in Employee Relations As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will be a trusted advisor to the business and you will provide high-quality ER guidance, navigate complex people matters, and contribute to a culture that values excellence, collaboration and integrity.

We are enabled by effective and efficient people processes and technology to support the management of our ER matters.

• Deliver day to day advice and coaching to line managers on employee relations matters such as grievances, performance management, misconduct, policy breaches and health matters

• Stay abreast of internal policy and external legislation to ensure the highest quality advice is given

• Influence, coach and develop line managers to model the desired interpersonal and leadership skills to create a po
