You will oversee an assigned portfolio of scaling mid-market enterprises and future technology leaders in a dynamic industry sector. Your main objective is to establish robust working relationships, drive platform feature adoption, limit customer churn,

Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & PPC Strategy: Act as the lead consultant for launching new enterprise clients and building high-yield, customized pay-per-click campaign frameworks aligned with their commercial targets.
• Proactive Client Engagement: Maintain consistent outbound telephone contact across your account assignments to instruct users, build deep trust, foster long-term loyalty, and expand account value.
• Needs Assessment & Custom Setup: Evaluate client objectives to implement custom, scalable campaign configurations that produce fast, tangible results and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
• CRM & Portfolio Management: Maintain accurate, organized history records of every customer touchpoint, milestone, and strategic portfolio within internal CRM software with absolute precision.
