Our Spanish company, RKD is undergoing a phase of rapid growth and needs to strengthen our R&D; department. We are seeking a Design & Industrialization Engineer to contribute to the mechanical design of products and the integration of mechatronic solutions within our machinery.Key ResponsibilitiesMechanical design of components and systems for agricultural machinery.Development of 3D models using 3D CAD software.Collaboration with PLC software engineers to integrate mechatronic functionalities into products.Product industrialization and collaboration with production, assembly and testing teams.Supporting the technical department and undertaking short-term travel for installations,



training or after-sales support.RequirementsKnowledge of hydraulics and fluidsAt least 4 years’ experience in technical roles.Good knowledge of 3D CAD software (PTC Creo preferred).Knowledge of English at B1 level or above (Ref: CEFR).Team-oriented ready to work in an international environment.Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach.Good operational autonomy and a results-oriented mindset.Ability to work in a team and liaise with technical and production departments.What we offerA technological and rapidly growing environment.A dynamic and stimulating role, with a real opportunity to contribute to product development.Opportunities for potential job rotation within engineering, depending on the candidate’s profile.Remuneration package commensurate with experience.
